It's not my first rodeo

Like most people I hate talking about myself: it’s not the Aussie way. But if I don’t, no-one will hire me, so here goes.

My working life has been dedicated to helping people lead happy, healthy lives.

I’ve been observing and shaping the culture of organisations for 40 years – gulp.

I’ve worked with 11 different organisations from inside the bottle:

· three small family businesses (one my own)

· two big law firms and one medium firm as a solicitor

· one AFL club (Carlton) and one NRL club (the Brisbane Broncos) as a General Manager

· two medium sized for purpose organisations as CEO (Bicycle Network and the Outdoor Education Group)

· an allied health membership organisation as a General Manager.

I’ve also worked with dozens of global brands (such as Nike and the Coca-Cola Company), Australian businesses and leading schools from outside the bottle as a consultant, sponsorship partner and service provider.

I've had lots of fun and felt lots of pain, done some things right and made some blues. The best part has been working with many wonderful people.
