Culture plans
You could have a crack at preparing your own culture plan, but:
It’s hard to read the label from inside the bottle.
I’ll develop a cultural plan that answers three key questions:
1. What’s your culture?
2. What do you want it to be?
3. How will you get there?
This will involve:
observing key elements of your organisation
interviewing key team members
conducting an internal survey
providing and refining interim findings
presenting final findings.
But wait, it also includes checking in to monitor progress and make any adjustments. Why? Plans are rarely set and forget…and, I want to know how it’s going!
Ideally, it takes two months to complete the plan and a further ten months for initial monitoring.
The cost? It depends on the size and complexity of your organisation, but for a medium sized organisation, $15K (plus expenses) is about average. Interested?
